Our team at Artemee was tasked with designing and developing a comprehensive digital ecosystem that manages the entire lifecycle of a language journey—from the initial inquiry to the final lesson.

​The core challenge was to move away from a "fixed-price" model and build a flexible bidding/quoting system. We needed to create a workflow where a student’s specific needs (budget, schedule, and goals) could be broadcast to a network of teachers, who could then respond with tailored proposals. This required a highly organized dashboard for both students and teachers to manage communications and quotes without friction.
